I’m A Grown Man Who Still Uses Crayons

March 4, 2017

Question: How did you become financially free?

Answer: Prayer, the progressive realization of a worthy goal, … and crayons.

The attached picture is of my hand coloring in a financial goal today. I use a goal board in my office and I track my progress on a weekly basis. I have been doing this for years—set a goal, persist in completing the goal, and consistently mark progress.

A leader without a goal is like a ship without a rudder, tossed to and fro without any direction. Goals keep you on course, on target so that you can reach your destination.

Set your goals and track your progress. It works if you work it.

Oh, and be sure to purchase some crayons.
